My coaching journey began in the nonprofit sector, co-founding Art in Suburbia, Inc. in 2017, where I coached students in art direction, curation, and various artistic mediums. While I will always be an artist, life was calling me in a different direction, and I soon discovered my deeper calling to support people through their own healing journeys.
I believe we are all born with a deep, untamed essence— hidden beneath conditioning, pain, and the roles we unconsciously inherit. Shadow work has shown me that everything I once thought was broken within me was never broken at all. It was just unseen, unheard, and waiting to be acknowledged.
For as long as I can remember, I felt the weight of unspoken wounds—both my own and those passed down through generations. I always had a deep, unshakable knowing that life was meant to be more than just a repetition of pain, dysfunction, and unspoken wounds. I saw the patterns— trapped in the same struggles, the same unhealed traumas passed down like heirlooms. And yet, something inside me refused to accept that this was all there was. I knew that I wasn’t meant to simply endure; to follow the script laid out before me. I was meant to break the cycle, to reclaim the parts of myself that had been buried beneath expectation, fear, and survival. Even when I didn’t yet have the words for it, I knew there had to be another way— one that led to wholeness, connection, and a life truly lived, not just survived.
